Franchise Signage Rollout
The challenge
The franchise spec demanded letters that read at distance after dark without washing out the logo's color by day. That's a balance most single-illumination letter sets can't strike.
Add a landlord mounting spec and a city cap on total sign area, and the set had to be engineered to hit full brand impact inside both constraints.
The approach
Boston's Pizza, a North American restaurant & sports bar franchise with strict exterior identity standards, was opening a Southern California location.
We fabricated dual-illuminated channel letters entirely in our Riverside shop: backlit for halo depth against the wall, front-lit through push-thru acrylic faces for true brand color in daylight.
Engineering calcs, the city permit package, and landlord approvals ran in parallel with fabrication, so the letter set was ready to hang the day the permit cleared.
Talk to us before you talk to five vendors. One spec, one shop, one point of contact.
The result
A UL-listed, franchise-approved letter set installed in a single day: halo glow at dusk, accurate brand color at noon. The same push-thru construction now anchors our channel letter program for restaurant franchises.
